1. Payment

  • Customers must provide accurate payment information and complete payment before any artwork is shipped.

2. Shipping

  • Free Shipping for South African orders via PostNet.
  • Shipping is not included for international orders. Please request a quote for shipping from cindy@simplysmall.com.

3. Shipping Insurance

  • Simply Small offers Shipping Insurance for local (South African) orders. This is an optional add-on fee of 3% of the painting’s value. If you do not choose to add Shipping Insurance, Simply Small will NOT be held liable for the loss or damage of your order during transit.
  • For International Orders, insurance will be calculated per request. Simply Small will send an invoice for Shipping and Shipping Insurance in addition to your initial, paid online order. Please request a quote from cindy@simplysmall.com.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Simply Small does not have a return policy and all purchases, once shipped, are final.
  • If an art piece is damaged, customers must contact Simply Small within 24 hours of receiving delivery – see Point 3 “Shipping Insurance”.
  • Only items that have been shipped with insurance will be refundable if the artwork was damaged or went missing by the shipping agency. You will have to report any damages or loss within 24 hours of delivery. 
  • Art pieces are not automatically ensured, please choose your shipping options carefully.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All art pieces, images and designs on the art store are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
  • Customers must not reproduce or distribute any of the artwork without obtaining permission from the artist.

6. Privacy

  • Simply Small respects the privacy of its customers and will not share or sell their personal information unless required by law.

7. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where this art site and online store is located (South Africa).
  • Any disputes arising from the use of the website and online store will be resolved in the same jurisdiction.
